Intro
I am a warm, genuine, and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who finds great meaning in helping older adults navigate life's challenges and transitions. I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, and the many changes that can come with aging and life transitions.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is eclectic and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to create a safe, trusting, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe that meaningful change is possible at every stage of life, and it is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover renewed hope, strength, and a greater sense of well-being.
What should be expected in the first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a warm, supportive and judgment free environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and exploring an approach that feels comfortable and meaningful for you. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin—I'll meet you where you are and we'll take it one step at a time.
