Intro

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over 5 years of clinical experience. My career has been focused primarily on working with older adults and helping them to succeed, achieve, and explore their thoughts and feelings regarding their life challenges. Common concerns that I have successfully worked with include anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, feelings of being overwhelmed, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and developing increased compassion and confidence. I have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals, improve the quality of their life, and feel better about who they are and the choices they are making.

How would you describe your approach to care?

My approach is supportive, warm and personalized to each individual. I believe in building a trusting relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Through supportive conversations, we navigate life's transitions together, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and resilience. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we will work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation—there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. We'll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, we will discuss what you feel needs to be improved in your day-to-day life and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected.
