My name is Lillianne McBeth and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Therapist for 22 years in South Carolina and North Carolina. Since 2013, I have been working in telehealth helping adults cope with mental health challenges, and I specialize in trauma and PTSD. I greatly enjoy working with seniors.

Dr. Rachel Stroud
I am a Licensed Psychologist based in Texas with more than 20 years of clinical experience. I have worked extensively with older adults, supporting them in achieving their goals and gaining deeper insight into their thoughts and emotions as they cope with life’s stressors. I help individuals manage anxiety and depression, process trauma, and strengthen self-esteem.

My work focuses on supporting older adults as they explore thoughts and feelings around current life challenges, including depression and anxiety, grief, low self-worth, and adapting to the changes life brings.

Holly Wilson
My name is Holly Wilson. I’ve been a social worker for over 35 years and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, Iowa, Maryland and Florida. My career has focused on oncology and Hospice. I work with Anxiety, Depression, Caregiver Stress, Chronic Pain, self esteem and setting limits. I did telehealth therapy for 5 years. I integrate spirituality and work with LGBTQIA people.
