I have over 15 years of professional experience working in traditional settings, including outpatient and inpatient mental health clinics.

I am a dedicated and energetic therapist with 25 years of experience helping people. I am licensed in Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin to provide mental health and substance use treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor committed to creating individualized treatment using a person-centered, interpersonal, and solution-focused approach. I work with clients to find coping skills that are the right fit and encourage mindfulness.

Dr. Erika Phelan
I have been working with older adults for more than half of my career. I started in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, helping people cope with loss related to health issues and cognitive decline. The concerns I have the most experience with are grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and a history of abuse.

I help older adults cope with loss, loneliness, serious health problems, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and stress. I feel honored to support their growth through difficult changes.

Dr. Randal Pennington
Later life brings change, and emotional challenges can feel harder to manage alone. I work with adults age 65 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, chronic pain, relationship or intimacy concerns, and the emotional impact of health conditions or life transitions.
