I help individuals manage anxiety and depression, process trauma, and strengthen self-esteem.

I am Jeanne Mitchell, and helping others heal from past hurts so they can transform their experiences into growth is my life’s work. I believe healing is always in our hands. My work focuses on supporting older adults as they explore thoughts and feelings around current life challenges, including depression and anxiety, grief, low self-worth, and adapting to the changes life brings.

My name is Holly Wilson. I’ve been a social worker for over 35 years and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, Iowa, Maryland and Florida. My career has focused on oncology and Hospice. I work with Anxiety, Depression, Caregiver Stress, Chronic Pain, self esteem and setting limits. I did telehealth therapy for 5 years. I integrate spirituality and work with LGBTQIA people.
