Intro

I have been a therapist for over 25 years and have worked in medical, crisis, government, and private practice settings. I’m passionate about helping others learn, grow, and make meaningful progress in their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing sports, cooking, watching movies, and volunteering.

How would you describe your approach to care?

Throughout the process, I aim to support, teach, encourage, and assist clients in ways that help them become even more successful. I focus on building upon the strengths and skills they have already developed.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. This will be a relaxed, supportive conversation with no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin this journey together at your own pace.
